Personal data protection policy

Beacon Mortgage Advisory collects personal data only to arrange and manage your mortgage, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

Contact details, property and loan details you give us, and, once you proceed with an application, identity and income documents required by the bank.

How we use it

To assess eligibility, compare packages, submit applications to the lenders you choose, track your loan’s lock-in and renewal dates, and contact you about them. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Where it lives

Encrypted in a Singapore-hosted database with access limited to your adviser and Beacon’s administrators. Every access to identity data is logged.

How long we keep it

Application documents are deleted 12 months after completion or rejection. Loan summary details are kept to provide renewal reminders for as long as you remain a client.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing dpo@beaconmortgage.sg. We respond within 30 days.
